Although we try to get you the support you need within 24 hours, there are times in which we are at capacity in terms of support.  We aim to address all outreaches for help within 48 hours. If you have not received help within 48 hours, you can call , or email us at

HOW CAN I TRUST THE PERSON CALLING?

We perform enhanced criminal background checks on volunteers, as well as a brief screening interview and a professional reference. Should you encounter suspicious behaviour, please report at

VOLUNTEERS FAQ

 as well as calling volunteers. 

Once you fill-out our volunteer form, we will send you a list of positions available within our organization. These positions may include:

  • Content roles: flyer, blog creation, curating YouTube channels, etc.
  • Partnership roles: finding seniors organizations that we should work with to increase our impact
  • Sponsorship roles: finding corporations we should partner with.
  • Marketing roles
  • Technology roles: helping to improve our internal technology processes
  • Other miscellaneous administrative roles. You will get to select your preferred roles.
  • Calling Seniors to assist with technology
